ABSTRACT:
Companies as a whole are focusing much more on building applications in a way that allow them to meet their continuing changing needs. However, most applications are built for current needs and those needs are constantly changing over time. How do we allow our applications to continue to involve while the business involves without having to continuously do application development.
In this webcast learn knowledge and skills related to staffing up, justifying, and building the SOA implementation team. Listen on how to describe the roles associated with the SOA implementation team as well as the cost and skills justification for each, including describing issues around change management and project management, and explain Service domains and centers of excellence.
