FACTS® 125™ is a fully automated and comprehensive system for the management of Section 125, Flexible Benefit plans. It offers complete administration of a full range of flexible benefit programs - from spending accounts to a full cafeteria plan. Enrollment, detailed benefits accounting and year-end allocation of funds are fully automated. Single-user or multi-company systems manage the day-to-day activities - at all levels.

FACTS 125 provides you with all the necessary claim processing functions for the logging, editing, and deletion of charges; authorization of claim payment; and claim updating. You can temporarily suspend a claim for review, or view a list of all pended claims for a given employee.

With FACTS 125, you can generate and print claim and carrier checks. It supports all aspects of check reconciliation, allows you to process checks for premium benefits that are batched to different carriers, manually generate checks for the replacement of lost or spoiled checks and void claim checks, and reconcile checks for the voiding of spoiled checks and the clearing of outstanding checks.
